Today is fixed for   filing show cause by the complainant.

Complainant is absent without any steps till 2:20 PM.

 Ld. Adv. for the OP no.3 is present by filing hajira.

On perusal of record we find that complainant is not taking any steps since 29.11.2022 even he is absent today without any steps.

None appears on his behalf till 2:20 PM.

Accordingly we find that complainant is not interest to proceed with the case.

 In this situation   we have no other alternative but to dismiss the case.

 Hence,

 It is

ordered,

 That the present case vide no. CC 18/2020 is dismissed for default but without any order as to cost.
