                Today the case is fixed for compromise before Pre National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the OP has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and as per compromise, the OP is ready to pay an amount of Rs.30,000/- to the complainant within a week as full and final settlement.

                Learned counsel for the complainant also suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP and as per compromise, the OP is ready to pay an amount of Rs.30,000/- to the complainant within a week as full and final settlement. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the OP, he withdraws the present complaint being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat.

 

                   In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
