This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to replace the damaged mobile with a new one of the same kind and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and physical hardship caused to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of both complainant and opposite parties 1 & 2 were not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint and contentions raised in the written version.  Hence, Proof Affidavit of both closed and the case is dismissed for default.
