This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to direct the 2nd opposite party to admit and sanction the claim of the complainant directly without interference of the opposite parties 1 & 4, to direct the opposite parties 1, 3 & 6 to settle the bill amount known to them to the 4th opposite party and to direct the opposite parties 1 to 6 to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and torture with cost of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant.
Memo filed as the complainant died. As per the endorsement made by the Counsel for the complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
