          This is a complaint filed under sections 12 and 13 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986  for  directing the opposite parties to pay to the complainant a sum of Rs.65,000/- with 12  of subsequent interest on the decreed amount from the date of realisation of the amount towards compensation and to award a sum of Rs.20,000/- for the Lok Adalat, Puducherry jointly and severally for deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties and to pay cost of this complaint. 

          2. Notice was issued to the opposite parties.  The first opposite party represented through Advocate and the second opposite party represented in person.  One Subramani, Conductor was examined in chief through proof affidavit as RW1 and the matter was posted for cross examination of RW1.

3. Today this complaint was called.  Complainant absent.  Counsel absent,  Opposite party absent, Counsel absent.  No interest shown by the complainant to appear and to represent by the Counsel for complainant for long time.  Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for default.  No costs.
