     Per office report, notice sent to OP No.1 & 3 through registered post on 03.09.2021 has not been received back served or unserved, whereas notice issued to OP No.2 through registered post received back with the report ‘left’.

     However, counsel for complainant states that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence on the instructions of the complainant, she withdraws the present complaint. Hence, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
