Complainant Kumruddin Ansari is present. The Manager Subh Honda, Khunti Suresh Mishra is also physically present.

Suresh Mishra produced the Owner book/Registered certificate of the motor cycle of Kumruddin Ansari the Complainant. Kumruddin ansari the Complainant received the Registered Certificate/Owner book in the Forum.

Both the parties have filed a Joint Compromise Petition. Kumruddin Ansari is present before the Forum and he openly submitted that on the basis of the Joint Compromise Petition the Consumer complaint case may kindly dispose off.

Since the Complainant has no any grievance. Accordingly on the basis of the complete satisfaction of the complainant the case is finally disposed off.
