Complainant absent. Sri B.B.A files vakalath for complaint OP No.1 and Sri P.M.U purchased DD for Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) which drawn in the name of complaint.

Sri BBA files IA under order XIII rule 3 od CPC along with affidavit of complaint that may be present to withdraw the complaint as he settled the matter for Rs. 10,000/- with the opponent hence IA 1 is allowed and the complaint is disposed as withdrawn in view of settlement. Issue DD to the complaint for proper Identification.
