This case record has been placed before the Ld. Judges of National  Lok Adalat which is conducted  by DCDRC, Howrah  on this day  at  the Court Room of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah.

Both parties and their Ld.  Lawyers  are found present and ready. 

Heard both sides and their Ld. Lawyers.  Considered submissions.

One  verified application  has been filed by the complainant  stating inter alia  that out of total claim of Rs. 48.015/-  the OP  Insurance Company agreed to pay Rs. 33,327/-. The complainant side agreed to accept the said amount.

It is also settled between the parties  that the said amount of Rs. 33,327/- is to be paid to the complainant at his Account  and complainant shall supply the account details to which this amount is to be deposited to the Ld. Lawyers of OP Insurance Authority.  The verified application submitted by complainant side has been shown  to the Ld. Advocate of the OP Insurance Company in respect of which Ld. Lawyer of OP Insurance Company is not raising  any objection.   Both parties agreed that the payment of Rs. 33,327/- is to be made within 7 days from the date of this order and thereafter  one compliance report is to be submitted by both parties before this District Commission with documents.

In the light of the observation made above this case is disposed of.  Both parties are entitled to get a free certified copy of this order.
