Order No.  15  dt.  31/08/2015

Complainant was absent on 16/01/2015& 20/03/2015,05/06/2015,12/08/2015 without step.

Upon such on 12/08/2015 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 31/0/8/2015 for filing show cause .

Today i.e on 31/08/2015 complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause .

As such this Forum holds that complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation and considering the above facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
