Kuldeep vs.  SBI.

                   Present:       None for complainant.                                                                      

                                      Op not served for want of copy of complaint and RC. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.30 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.30 p.m. but despite that neither complainant nor his counsel has appeared. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint was filed on 13.12.2022 and since then op could not be served as complainant has failed to provide copy of complaint and RC despite availing various opportunities by complainant and today none has appeared on his behalf.  It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
