| Final Order / Judgement | ORDER No. 06 Date: 02/02/2023 Complainant is absent without any step. On call one Ld. Advocate appears and submits that complainant wants to file fresh complaint as there are some irregularities appearing in the petition of complaint and when this Commission requested said Ld. Advocate to file necessary application to that effect, concern Ld. Advocate has failed to file the same and submits that this Commission may pass necessary order. It appears that today is fixed for admission hearing as special chance i.d. necessary order will be passed. Obviously, we should keep in mind the spirit and force including object of C.P. Act, 2019 and right from the very beginning of the admission hearing complainant became absent and several dates have been allotted for admission hearing including special chance. So, it clearly manifests that complainant is far away from the touch of the concerned record and further proceeding of this case appears to be redundant and will be futile admit on the part of this Commission.
