This is a complaint filed by the complainant under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to:
- Direct the opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.54,910/- as compensation to the complainant towards the deficiency in service caused by the opposite party;
- Direct the Opposite party to pay to the complainant Rs.10,000/- for costs of the complaint and other reliefs.
2. Notice to opposite party was duly served.The Opposite Party caused appearance through Counsel.The complainant was examined as CW1 and Exs.C1 to C9 were marked.
2. Today this complaint was called. Complainant and Opposite Party called absent. Both the Counsels present. Counsel for complainant filed memo for withdrawing the complaint. In view of the memo, this complaint is hereby dismissed. No costs. The memo shall form part and parcel of this order.
