Both the counsels present. Counsel for Op filed advancement application along with joint memo stating that both the parties have settled their dispute amicably for an amount of Rs.1,85,000/- and sought for dismissal of the complaint as it is settled amicably. Later on counsel for Op also filed another memo along with cheque for an amount of Rs. 1,85000/- through cheque No. 414553 dt. 16-04-2015 in the name of President of this forum. The office is hereby directed to send for collection and it deposit in the proper account. That in view of memo the present complaint of the complainant is hereby dismissed as not pressed.
