Heard the arguments advocate for respondent.  Appellant not present.

2.      The learned counsel for respondent submits that as per the survey report and as per the order passed by the District Commission, they have obtained Rs.6,04,865/- towards own damage claim of the complainant.  After satisfaction, the complainant filed this appeal for enhancement of the award passed by the District Commission. 

3.      We noticed here that the appellant not present since long time and also by noticing the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent, we found that the Opposite Parties have paid the own damage claim as per the survey report and there is no any deficiency in service in this regard.  We consider that the District Commission has rightly appreciated the survey report and awarded an amount of Rs.6,04,865/- to be payable which accordingly paid.  There are no any grounds for enhancement of the compensation as sought in the appeal and at the same time, the appellant has not submitted any arguments in support of his case.  Accordingly, no interference is required.  Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
