The complainant Sri Manomohan Nath  is present . His counsel Ld advocate Mr Nava Kanta Das is also present . The complainant vide Petition no-500/17 prays for allowing him to withdraw   the complaint  . The complainant and his counsel are heard  and it is found the complainant voluntarily prays for withdrawal of the complaint. Accordingly , the Petition no-500/17 is allowed and the complaint is dismissed on withdrawal.
