M/s Arushi Sanitary       Vs.   NIA.

 

Present:          None for the petitioner.

                       Sh. Parmod Gupta, Adv. for the opponent No.1.

                         

                        This case is taken up on today for awaiting appearance of petitioner or his counsel. However, neither the petitioner, nor his counsel has appeared before this Commission, upto 2.20 PM. Petitioner and its counsel are local basis. Further wait is unjustified. Compliance of order dated 9.11.2023 has not been done by the petitioner, in case, petitioner fails the opponent no.1, is liable to pay some more amount to it. It shall be liberty to file a fresh execution petition against the opponent and fresh execution petition will disclose the complete particulars of present execution petition and its fate. File be consigned to the records.
