  1. The Manager, New India Assurance Co., Ltd., NH-5/R-2 Badshah Khan Chowk, Faridabad-121001 through its Manager.
  2. The Manager, New India Assurance Co., Ltd., old GT road, Near Khalsa College, above PNB Bank, Karnal through its Manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Ankit Chaudhary, counsel for the complainant.

                   Sh. Sudarshan Patlan, counsel for the OPs.

                                     

                   File taken up today, on the application moved by the both parties for permission to withdraw the present complaint in Pre National Lok Adalat.           At this stage, learned counsel for the OPs has suffered his separate statement to effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromise OPs are ready to pay Rs.60,000/-. Full and final settlement will be done within 45 days from the date of receipt of the order, so award may kindly be passed.

                 On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs. Complainant is ready to settlement his claim on principal amount of Rs.60,000/-. He agrees to the statement given by the counsel for the OPs, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties will be bound by their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
