            Complainant by name Shaik Nayeemuddin present, the learned advocate for complainat also present.

            The officer of opposite Nos-1 to 3 Sri. Shreesh Akamanchi present. The learned advocate for opposite Nos. 1 to 3 also present.

            The learned advocate for complainant filed a memo by requesting to dismiss this complaint, as complainant received Rs. 18,000/- towards his claim from opposite officer, who is present before the court.

            The learned advocate for opposite also requested to dismiss the complaint, in view of the compromise as per the terms and conditions noted in the memo filed by the complainant.

            In view of the submissions made on both sides and in view of the receipt of an amount of Rs. 18,000/- by the complainant from the opposite officer. This complaint is dismissed as it is settled out of the court.
