                        File put up today on the application of applicant/complainant for withdrawal of complaint. Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that in the present case, they have settled the matter with the opposite parties. So he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the above statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
