           Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant and perused the materials on record. Upon scrutiny of entire materials on record we find that the complainant got admitted in Anandalok hospital on 19/12/2007 and discharged on 22/12/2007. Thereafter the complainant lodged the claim before the o.p. The complainant filed the instant case after lapse of near about 9 years. So the case is barred by limitation.

            Apart from this, the complainant neither filed his policy documents nor filed the medical expenses incurred by him. Even he has not made the insurance company as a party. He has made the party only Medi Assistant India TPA Pvt. Ltd.    

            In view of the above the instant complainant case is rejected.

            Certified copy of the order be supplied to the complainant, free of cost.
