                                                                                                      JUDGMENT

            Notice for sell prior to repossession and after repossession was issued by opposite parties No.1 & 2 (Former Company) which has not been disputed by complainant and the complainant has defaulted huge amount for which vehicle repossessed with intimation to police and there is no deficiency in service in this case. In the meantime auction has been made on 24.8.2022 and the consumer complaint has been filed on 29.9.2022 without impleading the auction purchaser.

            We therefore find no merit for non joinder of party (auction purchaser) and there having no deficiency in service. With the aforesaid observation and direction consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
