            Complainant is not present. Opposite party appeared before the time and produced Job Card of complainant’s vehicle which shows that opposite party has already replaced the battery. Complainant is satisfied by the work done by opposite party. In the light of the production of job card work is of the opinion that opposite party has already complied their part of work. Hence this petition is closed as the petitioner is satisfied.
