Heard the Ld. Lawyer for complainant. Perused the document.

Complainant purchased one policy bearing no. 5161351 on April 2004 and purchased another policy bearing no. 14183301 in 2010. Thereafter no communication has been made by the complainant for his grievance. The letter dated 23/05/2013 has been issued after a lapse of more than two years just to create the cause of action.

Hence the matter is barred by imitation and as such the case is rejected.
