Case advanced on the application filed at 11.45 A.M. by learned counsel for the complainant to prepone the case from 20-7-2021 today.

Complainant present. The learned counsel for the complainant submits a joint memo signed by the complainant and OP 1 and also learned counsels. Further learned counsel for the complainant produced the DD of Rs.19,420/- drawn in the name of this commission along with memo singed by the OP 1 counsel.

In view of settlement between the complainant and OP No.1 and also payment of settled amount this complaint is disposed off as settled out of the commission.

If learned counsel for complainant submits voucher issue cheque for Rs.19,420/- in the name of complainant on proper identification.
