Opposite Party: The Manager,M/S. ICCI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd., Seventh Floor, Apeejay House, 15, Park street, Kolkata-16 (W.B)

For the Complainant: Ld Advocate Jayanta Kr. Mukhopadhyay

The case is placed before the National Lok Adalat Bench.

The Complainant is present along with her Lawyer.

Ld. Advocate for the O.P. is present.

The case is already amicably settled by and between the parties and the settled amount is Rs.15 Lakh which the O.P. will pay to the Complainant within a week from this date.

Hence, ordered ………

That the case is disposed of on full and final settlement subject to execution if the settled amount is not paid within the stipulated period.
