Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present. He files photocopy of leave and license agreement dated 01.11.2020. Let the photocopy of document be kept with the record.

Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant. Perused the consumer complaint coupled with documents annexed thereto.  Original Leave and License Agreement is not produced. The photocopy of agreement dated 01.11.2020 is about a small span of time i.e. 11 months only. It is not in permanent in nature. This commission not inclined to consider that the complainant is residing at 46/1, D. N. Ghosh Road, P.O. & P.S. Bhowanipur, Kolkata -700025. More so, both the OPs are carrying on business outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Commission.

            Considering the above aspect, we are not inclined to admit the complaint and the complaint is liable to be dismissed in limini.

Hence,

Ordered

That the consumer complaint is not admitted and dismissed in limini.
