Heard the Ld. advocate for the complainant and perused the documents. Complainant has stated in his petition that o.p. no. – 1 disbursed and amount of loan bearing the loan amount no. 359265 on 25/09/1998.

Complainant did not annex any loan agreement and loan repayment schedule along with his bank statement to that effect. Moreover we find that complainant is a defaulter n making due repayments for a period of more that 4 months by the letter dated 20/09/2013 issued by HDFC Ltd.

The loan was availed of by the complainant in the year complainant in the year 1998 and the complainant never raised any grievance against o.p.s since 1998.

There is no deficiency in service in the part of o.p.s as well as the case is time barred.

In view of above instant case stands rejected.
