Today the instant case is fixed for admission hearing.

 the case is taken up for admission  hearing.

L.D advocate for the complainant is present.

            He filed a petition praying for the withdrawal of the case as per grounds stated therein and prays for giving liberty to file afresh.

            We are inclined to allow the petition.

            Hence, it is ordered that the consumer complainant, being no: CC 26/2021  is dismissed as withdrawn .

            Liberty is given to the complainant to file afresh, if not otherwise barred.

Let free copies of this order be provided to the parties concerned as per      

the Consumer Protection (Consumer Commission Procedure) Regulations,2020.

FINAL ORDER

 The complainant files the consumer complaint as noted above and during hearing on the point of admissibility he files a petition praying for withdrawal of the case. The prayer is allowed and he is permitted to withdraw the case and liberty is also given to file afresh. The order is written in separate sheets in order No: 2 dated 22.2.2021 which do form the part of this order.

Hence,

 It is ordered that the C.C No: 26 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.

 Liberty is given to the complainant to file the case afresh if not otherwise barred.
