This is a complaint filed Under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

2.   All disputed issues were talked over and settled between the complainant and the second opposite party in mediation. A mediation agreement duly signed by the parties reducing the terms and conditions into writing was executed. We are satisfied that the said settlement in mediation is free and voluntary and also within the legal frame work. Hence the mediation agreement is accepted and recorded.

In the result, CC 493/2023 is allowed in terms of the mediation agreement. Mediation agreement shall form part of the order.

Pronounced in open commission on this the 23^rd day of March 2024.
