Order No.   13    dt. 29/08/2016

Complainant was absent on 16/03/2016, 06/06/2016 &25/07/2016 without step.

Upon such on 25/07/2016 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 29/08/2016 for filing show cause .

Today i.e on 29/08/2016 complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause .

As such this Forum holds that complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation and considering the above facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
