Final Order / Judgement

Order No.   17    dt. 07/02/2017

Complainant was absent on 16/11/2016, without step.

Upon such on 16/11/2016 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 28/11/2016 for filing show cause .

Complainant was absent on 28/11/2016. The date was fixed on 15/12/2016 for filing show cause by the complainant .There was no quorum on 15/12/2016. So  06/01/2017was fixed for filing show cause by the complainant. On 06/01/2017 there was no quorum and the date was fixed on 07/02/2017 for filing show cause by the complainant .

Today i.e on 07/02/2017 complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause .

As such this Forum holds that complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation and considering the above facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
