          Ld. Advocate for the complainants is present.

          Today is fixed for admission hearing. Before taken up admission hearing the Ld. Advocate for the complainants ‘not pressed’ the complaint petition by making an endorsement on its margin.

          On perusal of the complaint petition, we find that Para-15 is lying blank. The complaint petition is defective.

          In view of the above endorsement of the Ld. Advocate for the complainants,  the complaint petition is not admitted.

          Hence,

ORDERED

          That  the complaint case is not admitted and dismissed in limine.

          In view of dismissal of the compliant case, the Miscellaneous Application being No.404 of 2019 is in fractious.

          Thus, MA No. 404 of 2019 is disposed of.
