           Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.

Today is fixed for admission hearing. Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

On perusal of the complaint petition, we find that in para 3, & 10 of the complaint petition and para 2 of the affidavit portion of the complaint are blank. The complaint petition is defective. Therefore, we are not inclined to admit the complaint.

 Hence,

ORDERED

That the complaint is not admitted and dismissed in limine.
           Liberty be given to the complainant to file afresh complaint on the same cause of action, if otherwise not barred by limitation.
