Complainant called out absent.  No representation on behalf of complainant on the last date of hearing on 17.08.2022 this Commission observed that the complainant does not turned up for  filing affidavit in spite of giving sufficient opportunities for more than 1 ½ years.  However, considering the nature of the complaint one more opportunity has been given and posted the matter to this day for filing affidavit of complainant as last and final chance, even then complainant not present and not filed affidavit, in view of the complainant failed to file the affidavit the complainant has failed to prove her complaint.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for default/for non-prosecution.
