It also appears that Complainant has not also paid cost of Rs.500/- in terms of the order No.5 dated 23.06.2017 passed by this Forum.

                                            OP1 and 2 are present by filing Hazira through Ld. Lawyer.

                                            Perused the case record, it appears that Complainant is not willing to proceed with the case. Complainant has not also complied with the earlier order regarding payment of cost. In the present situation as the Complainant is absent and is not diligent to proceed with the case, we think it will be consumption of time to drag the case any further.

That the instant case be and the same is dismissed for default.
