Final Order / Judgement

Heard the complainant. This is a case of repudiation of the insurance claim by the OPPOSITE PARTY regarding theft of the vehicle which has been registered in the name of Nagaraj, father of the present complainant Mr. Venu.  Complainant has no bonafide/authority to file the complaint.  His father Nagaraj being the RC owner is alone entitle to file the complaint. Hence this complaint is not maintainable before this Commission filed by Sri.Venu N. Hence this complaint is ordered to be returned to the complainant who is present before the Commission.
