Today is fixed for passing order on the issue as to admissibility of the complaint.

After giving consideration to the submission advanced by the Ld. Advocate and contents of the petition of complaint we see that for the incident/accident dated 09.12.2021 which occurred in Canada compensation and other reliefs have been sought for by the complainant. But he has not filed the insurance policy and medical papers relating to his treatment for the incident/accident dated 09.12.2021. In the absence of the material documents the complainant cannot get any reliefs from this Commission. That apart there is nothing on record to show that the claim of the complainant has already been repudiated by the insurer.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed as being not admitted.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
