                                                                                               JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed the consumer complaint on 12.10.2022 praying not to sale the vehicle bearing Regd. No.OR-02-BS-9100, Chassis No.111062, Engine No.1702953 which was already repossessed on 10.12.2021, presale notice dt.13.12.2021 was issued and vehicle was sold on 07.6.2022, which the complainant has suppressed in the consumer complaint and not disputed by filing any rejoinder. Relation between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor and admittedly complainant is a defaulter and there is no element of deficiency in service or unfair trade practice. We find no merit in the consumer complaint and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
