O.ps 1&2 are present .

Complainant was absent on 29/07/2015& 15/10/2015 without step.

Upon such on 15/10/2015 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 20/11/2015 for filing show cause .

Today i.e on 20/11/2015 complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause .

As such this Forum holds that complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation and considering the above facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
