Today is fixed for filing reply to the show cause by the complainant, in default dismissed. No cause is shown by the complainant.
Record reveals that since 24.04.2018 this record is fixed for showing cause by the complainant. It is pertinent to mention that on 10.01.2018, 24.04.2018, 30.08.2018 and today i.e. 06.02.2019 the complainant is not present. As the evidence has not yet been adduced by the complainant, under these circumstances we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground that the complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this complaint.
Hence it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint being no- 89/2017 is hereby dismissed for default without any cost.
Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the provision of the CPR, 2005.
