ORDER

Order dt.27/02/2008 The complaint is allowed against O.P.No.1 as the no claim is made agianst O.P.No.2 complaint against him is dismissed. The O.P.No.1 is hereby directed to pay Rs.1,19,000/- with interest @ 12% p.a. from 22/08/2006 till its full realisation and Rs.1000/- as compensation for complainant being put to mental agony, financial loss and hardship and Rs.1000/- towards the cost of this proceedings to the complainant with in 90 days from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- K.S.Prasad, Member, sd/- A.S.Hemalatha, Member.
