One petition in the form of affidavit of Dr. Atul Kumar and Dr. Anil Kumar has been received by post seeking withdrawal of the present complaint on the grounds that after the death of their Mother Dr. Mrs. Chandra Kanta, the complainants are no longer interested in prosecution of the complaint.  Authorized Representative of the Respondent viz. Prof Shenoy has no objection if the prayer of the complainant is allowed and the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

          In view of the affidavit filed by the complainants, we dismiss the complaint as withdrawn, leaving the parties to bear their own cost.
