     Opp.party no. 1 & 2 are present through learned counsel . Complainant is absent without step.

     Today has been fixed for necessary order .

      It is seen from the record that case was fixed for filing  evidence on affidavit by the complainant side on 21.12.2020. The complainant was absent on this date and thereafter also the complainant was absent on 12.2.2021 , 5.4.2021 , 9.8.2021 , 27.9.2021, 15.12.2021, 23.2.2022 , 26.4.2022 , 25.7.2022 , 26.10.2022 , 21.12.2022, 24.2.2023 , 10.4.2023, 30.5.2023 , 21.7.2023 and 7.9.2023. The complainant did not turn up as off now and accordingly , we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed with his case and accordingly, the case is dimissed for default.
