Today Is Fixed For Reply Of Show Cause By The Complainant And Admission Hearing.

                Complainant Is Absent Without Any Steps And No Reply Of Show Cause Has Been Filed By The Complainant Today. It Appears From The Record That The Complaint Has Been Filed On 16.03.2022. According To The Section 36 (Clause -2) Of Consumer Protection Act 2019   The Admissibility Of The Complaint Shall Ordinarily Be Decided Within 21 Days From The Date On Which The Complaint Was Filed. The Complainant Has Given Many Opportunities To Be Heard On Admission Point But He Did Not Avail It.

                 Considering The Above Facts And Circumstances We Are Of The Opinion That The Complainant Is Not Interested To Proceed With The Instant Case.

                Hence, It Is

                That The Consumer Complaint Case No. 33 Of 2022 Is Hereby Dismissed For Default But Without Cost.
