This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite parties with regard to service connection along with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards litigation expenses to the complainant.

Complainant/party in person present.  Memo filed by opposite parties stating that demand of the complainant satisfied.  Complainant made endorsement that the complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn.  Hence complaint dismissed. No cost.
