The complainant is present and files a memo stating therein that the OP has installed a new meter for which he wants to withdraw his case. The advocate for OP No.2 files a memo stating therein that the electricity bill of the complainant’s house will be revised taking into account three months actual consumption as per law.

          On being asked the complainant as well as the Advocate for OP agreed as per their contents stated in their memo. Hence, the OPs are directed to revise the bill of the complainant’s house taking into account his three months actual consumption as the OP has already installed the meter. Accordingly, the case is disposed off.
