Both parties are present. It is stated by  both parties that during pendency of this case  the matter has been amicably settled in between the parties outside the Forum. Accordingly Advocate for ops 1 & 3 has filed a memo along with an A/C payee cheque bearing No-201011 dtd.19.12.18 of ICICI Bank for Rs. 64,942/- in favour of the complainant. The complainant is present and being identified his Advocate received the above cheque  with full satisfaction towards full and final settlement of this case and filed a memo stating that  he has no further claim against the  ops relating to the present case and prayed for withdrawal  of this case. Heard. Allowed. This case is hereby dropped as matter being settled in between the parties outside  the Forum.
