                        Sh.Rajesh Sharma, Advocate for opposite party No.1.

                        Sh.Yogesh Sharma Advocate for opposite party no.2.              

 

                        File taken up today on the application of complainant for withdrawal of case being compromised. Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that settlement has been effected with the opposite party no.1. So he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied. Settlement deed/memorandum of understanding is enclosed as Annexure-A.

                        In view of the statement made above, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  

                        Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs.

                         File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
