          Parties are absent today without any steps. It is seen from the case record that the parties were directed to apprise before this Forum about the present status of the appeal if any pending and appear personally before this Forum. In compliance of the said order dt. 22.03.2018, none appears today. No order has been filed.

Further it is seen from the case record that the Jdrs filed an appeal before the Hon’ble State Commission being appeal no- FA/881/2013 upon hearing Hon’ble SCDRC delivered the Judgment and a copy of this Order of the said appeal has been generated from the confonet system and seen that, as per order no- 8, dt. 24.09.2015, the Hon’ble SCDRC was pleased to allow the appeal by setting aside the final order passed by this Forum and it is stated that “judgment is delivered in open Court as per separate sheets kept with the record. The appeal is allowed, the impugned judgment & order is set aside and the petition of complaint stands dismissed.”

          In view of the order of the Hon’ble State Commission this present Execution Application is rejected and disposed of.
